Cancellation Policy
At Reiki Spa Oviedo, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we ask that you carefully review and respect our cancellation policy.
1. Appointment Cancellations

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full service fee being forfeited.

This includes same-day cancellations for any reason (including illness, schedule conflicts, or emergencies).
2. No-Shows

A “no-show” (missing your appointment without notice) will result in 100% of the service fee being charged.

Repeat no-shows may be blocked from future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on service time and schedule availability.

The full service fee still applies.
4. Deposits & Payments

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your total.

Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the loss of that deposit.

All payments made through our online booking system are non-refundable if policy terms are violated.
5. Sick Policy

If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you notify us before the 24-hour window so we can reschedule you properly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone visibly sick for health and safety reasons.
6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Clients must cancel or reschedule using the online booking system or by contacting us directly by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance.
